This super-premium range of wines celebrates the rich diversity of the farms terroir. The grapes are hand-selected from single vineyards growing at varying altitudes where the vineyards enjoy a cool, moist climate and are warmed by the African sun to enhance acidity and optimal ripening.
The vineyard blocks are identified during the cold winter months at the start of pruning. Specific vineyard practices are followed in those vineyards to enhance structure and elegance in the wines. Grapes for the Sauvignon blanc are harvested from the farm’s highest vineyard at 560m above sea level, where cool sea breezes result in exceptional acidity and varietal character. The red wines and Chardonnay are matured for 12 months in French oak barrels hand-selected by our winemaker to best enhance the natural fruit flavours of these noble varieties.
