The ultra-premium Linton Park Reserve range of wines depicts the rich viticultural heritage and traditional winemaking methods of the farm. Characterised by depth and complexity, the wines are made to last by following a soft-hands approach and meticulous barrel selection.
The grapes for each wine are selected by hand from single-vineyard blocks located on different altitudes of the Groenberg Mountain. The vineyards on the higher slopes in particular benefit from a cool, moist climate and ample sunshine for optimal ripening.
Chosen for their pronounced flavour and structure, the grapes are sorted by hand and gently pressed. All three wines are matured in fine-grain French oak for 12 months after which the very best barrels are matured for a further 12 months in older barrels.
